Natural Healing When Getting a Big Problem

There were certain things that we can not change in life, even though we have been trying hard. When faced with the inevitable, unexpected things or painful experiences that are outside our control, could cause severe stress.
During this period people often take shortcuts on drugs, alcohol or smoking are often limited to be able to withstand heavy pressure upon them.
No matter how hard experience, there are many ways that can be used to deal with this effectively.
1. Stretching
Lie down and stretch your body. Breathe during each stretch, consciously relaxing the muscles while stretching the body. Often stress is stored in our bodies, and ends at the feeling tense.
By loosening tense area, can help release pent-up stress or emotion. When we let go of tension, we would feel much better. With relaxation training through an intense stretch the body, the body can be trained in accordance with the wishes of relaxation.
2. Breathe in deeply
Breathe slowly and consciously can help a person to slow down the thinking process and observe the flow of breath. When we realize it, we can breathe more effectively. Many people hold their breath when they are anxious. Exhale deeply to relieve the feeling, as if the burden had been lifted.
In yoga, one is taught to breathe through the nose, throat and into the stomach. It can help slow down the flow of breath, so bring on the feeling calmer.
3. Tense and release
Raise your eyebrows and open your mouth wide, involving all the muscles in the face. Then release. It helps relax the jaw crackle or brow wrinkles. It looks very simple, but remarkable effect on the mind and body.
Tighten your entire body.
Create a strong fist, point your feet, lift your shoulders and tighten your legs and arms. Then release it all at once. Ideally, this is done by lying. When you release tension, lay down for a moment and feel the sensation of relaxation that flows in the body.
4. Exercise hard
Run as fast as possible. Remove all. This is your chance to push out the aggressive nature for one or two minutes. But then walk. The road slowly. Aware quiet.
Slow down the entire system of your body. Resist the urge to slow the heart rate. The action pushed to the extreme and the extreme ease will train your body to recover from stress quickly. When you are getting trained in this rigorous training, recovery time will be much easier.
5. Hangati your body
Rub your hands vigorously until hot. Then put them on your face, enjoy the heat flow. It will be very entertaining and helps you to calm down.
More effective ways to help improve digestion is to sleep with a hot water bottle on your stomach. It will help unlock knots may have formed in your stomach.
6. Schedule time to worry
We easily obsess over issues that can create anxiety and also used to ignore. Both of these responses will end up with increased feelings of anxiety. Powerful way to handle it is when we are overwhelmed with a problem, try to set the time to think about it, record it in a journal or discussing it. Every time thoughts and feelings on the issues surrounding this emerging barrage, remind yourself that now is not the time to address the problem. You'll deal with it once you've set the schedule.
7. Write
Writing a problem that occurs often helps clarify what you have to face. This is a great way if you find yourself in the midst of fears of things that you can not possibly handle. Write down everything and schedule a time to deal with them the next day, so you can just relax. Remember that we are always more effective when we are rested enough.
8. Being Rational
Write down your worries and possible extreme outcomes. Then take an honest view on them and see if your allegations rational. For example, often people think that they are not able to handle anything if the result as they had feared. One could think, "I can not handle it because it will kill me." Is it rational possibilities that can cause you to die if it gets worst outcome? If it is not rational, rational possibility write what will happen.

Often stress increased because there is a serious threat. Can be a threat to literally death (suffering from chronic cancer) or perhaps the threat of loss of reputation, problems with authority, or a loss of comfort. Whatever it is, hold tight it might be forced to release will only make things more difficult. Willingly accept the results, realizing that they may be difficult to handle, may be we will see more clearly that the threshold of the road there is a hope. Someone might be able to find tremendous opportunities in the face of adversity.
